"This was NOT what I was expecting at all. I’m familiar with Zen Dens where I live and I had a vision that this would at least be similar. Upon pulling into the lot I could tell this was not spa-like by any stretch of the imagination. The staff was not even dressed professionally, and our attendant was barefoot! They were still vacuuming. There were plants EVERYWHERE. It smelled like cat urine faintly but it was so bad in my salt soak room. It was not aesthetically pleasing in the slightest. They stored their bags of salt all over and in the rooms which was just off. They offered my friend and I USED flip flops that, despite being told they were sanitized, were visibly dirty. The soak tank water wasn’t even bath water warm and the tank itself was dirty on the inside. I couldn’t get over the smell after about 5 minutes. When I showered and looked down I saw women’s hair all over. When we left, I shared my feedback to the 20-something at the desk wearing a beanie. She just said, “ok”. No apology, no nothing. Disgusting."

"What an amazing place! It has been a few years since I have been last, it was everything I remember when I went last Friday. Jodi is the sweetest lady, kind and very welcoming. The float is still my favorite and so calming and lets you reset your mind. Tried the infrared sauna and it was nice and soothing, sweat the stress out. The salt room helped clear my sinus and lungs. This place is a gem of Muskegon, the services and staff are wonderful, definitely will be returning sooner than later."
