"This is a very nice beauty supply store. I loved coming here. Sometimes I would be here multiple days out of the week because they always had everything I needed no matter what. I do my own/ other people’s hair pretty often. I’ve spent hundreds here, & never had a problem. They always had everything I’ve needed. Since I had first came here this was my go to beauty supply store and probably one of the best I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff are always making sure they’re as helpful as can be, very kind, and always spoke to me and I really loved coming here. I always recommend this place to friends and family because it was THAT good to me. Until maybe a couple months ago. I guess whoever rung me out that day didn’t properly take off a security tag and the alarm went off at the door. There was an employee nearby, knowing I didn’t have anything on me I turned around and handed her the bag so she could go through it. The owners proceeded to tell her to just let me go. I didn’t think much of it because I did not steal anything. That is not my character and I simply have too much to loose. My next couple visits I felt like I was being watched like a hawk every time I came here. At first I was confused because I hadn’t done anything wrong but one day it felt like one of the staff members were watching me my whole way through the store and that’s when I had that realization. Now I’m not half as comfortable coming here as I used to be. I don’t even feel comfortable simply putting my phone in my pocket because I feel like I’m being watched and profiled. One of the reasons I liked being here was because before this I had never felt like I was being profiled. Which is a problem I used to have with lots of beauty supply stores before. Even the one right across the street from this one and it’s sad to feel like this one now isn’t any different. Recently I came here in a group and one of the staff members just looked at us as we entered & said something to another staff member. Even my sibling felt like we were being profiled. I understand the look of the situation but I never stole anything from here and I wonder if anyone ran back security footage to see for themselves or if they ran off with their own assumptions before acting this way towards me. I’m truly disappointed and unsure if I want to keep coming here."

"I love coming to this beauty supply. Not only do they treat you with kindness and respect but the owner went out of his way to bring home my wallet that i left in the store. That level of kindess goes without saying. I love shopping here because of the selection but will continually be a customer because of this act of kindess. They are way better than Jenny’s across the way, do yourself a favor and shop here!!"

I make frequent visits to this business and each time, I mean every single time, the customer service there is excellent and consistent.
