"Today I had one of those customer service experiences that you rarely hear about. I called Big Jon today because last weekend I was running in rough water on lake Michigan out to 240 FOW, and when I got to my fishing spot I realized one of the rod holders on my Big Jon triple trees was gone. If anyone sees it on the bottom of the lake- say hi for me. I explained this to the gentlemen that took my call today at Big Jon and he (without question) told me that shouldn’t have happened and that he would send me a replacement free of charge under warranty. An hour later UPS says I have a parcel coming from you guessed it- Big Jon. Other companies take note- this is how you do customer service. Big Jon has a customer for life, even thought I already was because their gear is simply the best there is. Thank you."
