"Called today to get parts they informed me that only their sales crew was there and they could not assist or sell me parts. We've had the most snow we've had all year if this was my dealership we would definitely be open and helping our customers. We will never shop here again. Had to drive all the way to Houghton lake."

"Josh had me bring my lawn mower in which was an hour drive just to come up with a bunch of reasons why the warrenty was gonna be voided. My welded deck broke within 30 hours of use on my lawn mower. It was coming apart at all the welds.He said it was because the deck was un level. It was about 5/8th of an inch unlevel at most. So much for a very strong deck. Then after that I call them back and they tell me they dont deal with cub cadet anymore"

"We were a few days from leaving on a trip to Utah, with our Side x Side, planning to be gone for a few months, when we noticed transmission fluid leaking from a vent cover. Country Wide Power Sports had us bring our Side x Side in right away, had parts overnighted, and had us fixed up in only a few days, which included a weekend. They also took the opportunity to take care of some recall work. We received phone call updates at every stage, and the team showed a lot of concern about getting the job done quickly. In the end, we were delayed only one day. The customer service, quality and value are second to none!"

"Went to buy a used RZR cash in hand... Ryan the salesmen didn't seem to care about the sale.. probably because it wasn't a new unit where he gets his sales commission spiffs..anyway..unit they were selling was "just serviced" but upon inspection found numerous loose parts, including on items that were "just serviced"... Ryan offered a test drive with him driving the unit...which instantly helped me make my decision to buy else where. If I can't drive it why would I spend thousands on it.. Seems this dealership is under the same operations as the last name that was in there.... Not much better service... I was able to locate...test drive and purchase my current machine from else where.... If quality service and sales is what your looking for.... I'd skip this stop. As a Polaris technician my self .. I would not recommend work done here as a machine that was suppose to be "ready to hit the trails" was clearly needing components and overlooked when it came to safety. My new machine was purchased from else where for way less for way more bang for the buck! This was my experience at county wide as a potential new customer for them."

"Very good experience Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable on the ATV we purchased. We originally went in to get our four wheeler serviced and ended up buying a side by side as well. So we actually dealt with the whole business. Our new machine was all detailed up and spotless when we picked up needless to say that didn’t last long once we got home. It is very nice to have a place so close to home with great services."
