"I most definitely enjoy both of my experiences at the store! The staff is wonderful at both places they are there to help but they don't hound you! They also will go above and beyond over their way to make sure that your services are met! I highly recommend it! They also have supplies and materials for painting vehicles, you can cut measure your own difference size air hoses and anything else that a do-it-yourselfer can get and not just do it yourself for the professionals as well! Also if you go in there you donate a dollar and get a NAPA hat and it helps the veterans! Definitely do so if you can!"

"The store is alright. Having a hardware and parts store in one building is convenient. Employees always seem willing to help if you need it. Usually fairly busy but still quick checkout which is nice. Online ordering for pickup is a little slow compared to home depot or tractor supply. Often I end up just going in and buying the item off the shelf and cancelling the online order. They also won't match the online price for some reason so I have actually purchased items online while I'm in the store for the discounted prices. They do close extremely early and it catches me off guard every time. Overall I like this store. One more issue is napa employees may not be helpful or knowledgeable. I expect parts stores, when I tell them the year and make of my vehicle to be able to actually match the correct parts. Definitely do your own research."

"The service is consistently bad here. The associates were more interested in showing their friends pictures of whatever personal project they had going on at the time while I waited in line. On a separate occasion I needed some paint but had a question the associate didn't have the answer for. They said they would call me back after talking to the manufacturer's representative. I never received a call and I haven't been back since."
