"My elderly mother purchased four brand new tires ($1000 worth)from you about month ago. She came into your business today because there was a screw embedded in one of the tires. Instead of repairing the tire, someone there insisted that she would have to purchase another tire, but not a matching one cause you didn’t have any in stock. She didn’t fall for that and is getting it repaired at another place. I’m absolutely appalled that you would try to take advantage of her like that. All of my family and friends in Gogebic county (and Ontonagon and Houghton counties too) will be hearing about how she was treated!!! I sincerely hope people see this and think twice about using your services."
