Tried to keep my business local, but they made it impossible. Simply untrustworthy at their word. Buyer alert (especially if female)--avoid!"

"A bunch of frauds working here. Brought a couple of brand new kayo k4 dirt bikes that were purchased from here to be fixed under warranty and they attempted to ignore me telling them many times about the warranty. The bikes were returned in not good condition. Wires and air filter were chewed by mice while sitting in their lot for a month, several bolts were very loose and I had to fix their mess ups. Bikes run good now that I did the work. Wish I knew of somewhere else that sold Kayo parts so I didn’t have to go here"

"My son and I were on a 600 mile trip from Wisconsin when he broke a track adjusting block. Part was available the next day, but the parts man went out to his truck and took the block off of his sled so we could continue on our trip. Awesome group of people at this store!"
