"We went to Claire's to get a 5 year old ears pierced. Lisa was the person helping us, she was awesome. She was very professional about the earing placement and took her time to make them perfect. We had so much fun with her that one adult got 3rd holes in their ear lobe and the other got a cartilage piercing."

"If I could give no stars I would. I called Claire's at Lakeside mall to get piercing and pricing information. However, when I walked into the store to get my ears pierced, a blond girl gave me a different price. I guess she thought I would go with it, but I walked right out. Ladies and gentleman do yourself a favor and go to 5 and Below in Troy on John R. The pricing is 3 times cheaper than Claire's. You pay for 1 set of earrings of your choice, each ear $5.55 and a $5 or $15 solution of your choice. Claire's I know you're permanently closing soon and need money, but please do better!"

"I got my baby’s ears pierced here. The backs came off when I was changing her cloths. I asked if I could buy more backs. I was told that they do not sell the backs alone. I found it interesting that the earrings alone cost $60, and if you loose a backing they’re useless since they have the sharp post. I called claires at partridge creek just a mile away, and they said they’d give me the same replacement backs free! Highly recommend going to claires at PARTRIDGE CREEK!!! It’s not far from this location and you don’t have to walk through the mall to get to it. So happy to find out I can still use those $60 earrings because there are replacement backs available at another store."

"I went to peirce my baby 10 months ears I read that was for free but at the end they charged me 84$ ,the one who peirce my baby ears gave me a liquid to take care of her ears. After that my baby had terrible infection inspite of massaging her ears with the liquid, at the end her ears closed it was a terrible experience. I will never go there again."

The two Employees Lisa & Haley both suggest the perfect products i was looking for (secrets gems!) Lisa sound all the things i needed, and Haley got me the best price on jewelry and helped with sizes! Super sweet workers- amazing customer service- will return!!"
