"Very bad, literally very bad sales persons. I went to shop when there are offers like 4 ear tops for $18. And by mistake I picked three pairs from the offer and one from the other thinking these fours are for $18. Then the two ladies who were in the store didn’t even inform me that while billing and they billed three pairs with their original price though they are in offer and one other pair with the original price, when I realised and asked to add one more pair , so that I can get 4 pairs for $18 rather than buying 3 separately for $25, and they said they can’t do it and their systems won’t accept, where we didn’t even left the store. Also they acted like they called their manager."

"I love the customer service at the Lovisa near me. The ladies are pretty good at talking to you and finding out your interest. I also love the bags they put purchases in. The store's design is also very interesting."

"A week ago, my daughter came in to buy a necklace. They had some cute ones and my 11 year old daughter bought a gold chain. She came home only to discover it was broken. She was disappointed but we didn’t have time to return it during the week so we went on a weekend. There was an African American woman there named Von working the place. I’d give her 0 stars if I could. We walked in and she made us wait there for about 10 minutes until a huge line formed behind us. She then came to help us out, and once I told her I needed this item returned as it was broken when it was bought, she said she was unable to return it because it was broken? Mind you, this piece of jewelry was under warranty for 30 days, and I can return it any day I’d like during this time. She kept saying she didn’t have authorization to return it because it was broken and called her manager a minimum of five times and tons of texts and got no answer. We waited for maybe half a hour while she FINISHED the line that formed behind us. She then said to leave and come back another day. After waiting the whole time, her finishing the entire line and my daughter being disappointed, PLUS the disgusting jewelry the entire situation was atrocious. She is a horrible person. I reached over to give her my bag “on her side” so she could throw it away because if she’s seriously treating me like this over seven dollars I don’t want it anyway. and she tried saying she’s gonna call security on me and that I was somehow harassing her? I told her “yeah call security I’d love for them to come” and then she tried kicking me out of the store and kept telling me to get out, and kept saying I was harassing her when I was just STANDING THERE with my husband. There were multiple people in the store that were witnessing this. These people are thieves. I told her why all of this fuss when the necklace is seven dollars? She replied “yeah it is only seven dollars, just as you said” as to blame me for somehow making it a big deal..like I’m somehow in the wrong? I’ve never seen customer service this bad in my life, speaking to me as if I’m some random person off the streets. They never returned my money and I now have just a broken necklace laying around. I have also never seen a person working their store ALONE with zero authority. You either give your employees authority, or a manager is there as EMERGENCY and the employee is not left alone without permission to complete important tasks. is a horrible, disgusting place. If you want your money stolen, low quality jewelry, and customer service that’ll make you cry, feel free to go here. If you like places that treat you like a human being, feel free to go anywhere else."

"Wow the customer service when I went HERE, was AMAZING! You don’t get customer service and teamwork like this anymore. The manager and her team were so nice and personable! They got the right people there, :) they make guests feel welcomed. I’ve been to other locations and have been appalled by the associates attitudes towards costumers. But, I WILL be back again and again to this store specifically. :) thank you guys!! :)"

"Lots of variety. Looks like salesperson needed more counter space, though. Had lots of stock on the floor to sort it. Otherwise, it's a nice place for jewelry."
