"My daughter, who was nervous and is a fairly new driver/car owner came into the Goshen AutoZone today because her engine oil is low and engine light started flashing. She asked for help to figure out the oil she needed and adding the oil before she headed to the repair shop. She didn’t dare to ask for any further help because of the attitude she got from staff. My husband has had to help other customers in the same store because staff doesn’t feel the need at assist. Sheesh. I’m guessing the bare amount of customer service isn’t applicable at this store. If you’re looking for any help in this store, you might go elsewhere so you can actually get assistance."

"I came in with a bad battery that I purchased from a competitor store across town…only 6 months old and had dead cells. Since it was for my family van, it was much needed. Long story short, the competitor store did not have my warranty information for some odd reason - especially since I shouldn’t been able to leave the store without giving my information. Either way, she was helpful and assisted me with getting a different battery. Becky went above and beyond to help me out and I will purchasing all of my auto parts from Auto Zone moving forward.
