"I love that we have an auto parts store in our small town of Coloma Michigan it saves you a trip to larger towns if you need parts for your car."
"Would not recommend this place to anyone. Bought some brake pads there and ask them to check the computer to make sure I had the rite ones and he said there all the same for that model car and low and behold when I got the car taken down they were the wrong pads. Just like always turned a 20 minute job into a 3 he. Job. Why don't they offer some gas money for having to return to get the rite ones. If they had to do that a few times they would make sure you had the rite parts the first time.If I could give a minus star I would. I even ask him to check to see if there was a difference but told me they were all the same. Could have solved the problem by pushing a couple of buttons on the computer rite in front of him. Will not go there again."
"They were polite and all business which is how I like it. Prices were good and the man there was well informed no doubt about it. I will go back when needed"
"Usually I would give a good review to this autozone because everytime I have been here it's been friendly customer service and they answer all my questions. But today I had a distributor cap and coil that I needed to order for a 6volt system for a tractor (which I have don't before at autozone no problem at all) . The guy asked me what it was for and I told him a he got pissy because he needed a make and model, and I told him I'm not sure all I know is its for a 6v system positive ground. He then made the comment that well i guess Ill have to look through everything while the entire time looking pist off, irritated and shaking his head, making me feel like I was in the wrong for not knowing a part number to cross reference, which I ended up having to look up on my phone and give him a part number because he was too busy shaking his head at me the entire time. I got pist and stormed out and probably said some things that I shouldn't have out of anger which I am sorry for. But out of all the parts stores I have been to, I've never had a sales associate shake their head at me and be irritated at me because I don't know a part number to parts I just took off a engine. Apart from the one incident today, it's not a bad store and very friendly, I don't know if the guy had stuff going on or just didn't wanna work today or didn't wanna do his job I have no idea. But I hope his attitude towards customers change."
"Great store! Only been 3 times but great service! Last time I placed an online order and it was ready at 8am when I got their. I've never given another autozone 5 stars, but this store has my vote. I'd like to give credit to the man I have dealt with, customer service is key to me, but idk his name."
