"Boyfriend went to get some tattoos covered/gone over on his hand, Mike talked about how he'll see what he can do but made it seem like he would be able to do them. I've heard some not great things about him but never experienced it. The tattoos turned out alot worse than we were expecting. When we contacted him about the job he did, he said he would help but refused to acknowledge that it was his mistake in the beginning, he insisted it was a problem with how they were taken care of. Simply unprofessional."
