"Messed my order up then wouldn't do anything to fix it. Very rude staff. I asked because I don't have the time for them to redo my order because I was on my lunch break and they didn't even yell my name out when my order was ready, I asked for a coupon for a free sandwich which are only a dollar but she got snappy with me saying "I can just be giving them out for free". Very very rude staff. Will not be coming back to this BK."

"Visited on a Saturday at 10:15 AM and ordered a croissant egg and cheese (no sausage) meal. It came out quickly but they realized they didn't make coffee, so the wait ended up being a little long. The meal was good and everything was correct. They didn't include anything to stir the coffee though."

"holy cow. fast food is supposed to be FAST. you'll sit in line for 20-30 minutes, i'm not kidding. even if you place a mobile order, you won't get it quickly. the crew also seems like they're high, you have to constantly repeat what you ordered; my orders are ALWAYS incorrect, always missing something. just go to the McDonald's up the street. might pay a little more, but you'll get your food in a timely manner, and they never forget what you ask for."

"The whopper is great doesn’t need a review. But the staff at this branch was very nice. My meal was a few minutes late (didn’t bother me at all) and as I was eating one of the employees came to my table to give me a free whopper meal as an apology for ‘forgetting about me’ which they really did not. Highly appreciated, great service"
