"I wanted to post a review about my experiences with Tattoo Wear Company located on Cass Avenue in Mt. Clemens Michigan. Ken and Kathie have completed several custom shirt orders for me and I can honestly say that I am very satisfied and always impressed with their ability to listen to my needs and deliver on the quality of the prints. I was new to Direct to Garment (DTG) printing when I walked into their building. After some research and several questions I was convinced that DTG printing was what I needed. I originally inquired about screen printing but was educated by Ken about DTG printing. I'm glad he took the time to explain. Custom DTG printing is slightly more expensive BUT WORTH IT! Ken delivered on the quality images and Kathie was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. MUCH APPRECIATED!! 8-8-22 Just received my latest order from Ken and Kathie, a shirt for my granddaughter's first birthday. First let me address the several comments by KZ and JZ leaving one star reviews. I find both of these comments puzzling. One says "terrible" (KZ), the other says nothing (JZ). Having been in a service industry for 35+ years I've found that the complaints with no actual materialistic complaint is simply the competition trying to besmirch their competition (*use a dictionary if necessary). Competition trolls do anonymous reviews without substance. IF, there was an issue both Ken and Kathie would've addressed said issue immediately and rectified the issue. I had a minor blemish on one of my prints. Ended up being from a glitch in the image I gave Ken. When I pointed it out Ken immediately went into diagnosis mode and quickly pointed out the issue was with my image. No arguing, no fuss, no blame...politely proved its not their fault...want to know what Ken did? He went into the computer, corrected the image, and printed me another shirt that was perfection. Wouldn't even charge me for the first print which was my fault, not his. THAT IS not the kind of service a one star company does. That's a FIVE STAR company. I made a special trip and bought them both Wendy's Chocolate Frosty's AND Two chili dogs with everything -AND- delivered them to their shop. The least I could do to cover the cost of the shirt/ink Ken wouldn't charge me for. THATS HOW YOU pay respect for quality and appreciation. Advice to Ken and Kathie, you'll never figure out who the competition trolls are because they hide behind their acronym profiles. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING....YOUR CUSTOMERS NOTICE!!
