"So I've had a few great tattoos with Lou, but often there's a lack of communication. Recently we agreed that there would be a design drawn up and we agreed on a day for the appointment, and then I never heard back after that. I understand life is busy but it's hard to work with an artist who doesn't respond. I also don't want to be put in the position where I'm constantly nagging someone to email me back when I'm trying to spend money on a tattoo. Besides that I've been pretty happy with the work done! (And I'm not trying to be a Karen so apologies if it comes across like that)"
