"This is my second time ordering from them and I had to change my review. Y'all shouldn't do an online order because they mess it up Everytime. I would not recommend five guys to anyone. Especially if ordering online."

"The food there is INCREDIBLE and very worth the prices!! I had my order Door dashed. Well when the door dasher, Gloria, dropped off the food, there was one whole order missing. I tried calling her four times and I texted her three times and got no response from her. So I contacted the store and explained the issue I was having. The manager that was working that Saturday afternoon/evening was very understanding and very professional. He fixed the issue with absolutely NO PROBLEMS. This place is FANTASTIC!! The employees are great. You actually see smiles on their faces and they actually greet you politely!! Great people, great atmosphere, and AMAZING food!!! Thank you all for the work you do for your customers everyday!! You guys do a fabulous job!!! Please keep the great work!!!!"

"I love this Five Guys! I’m a dasher, and this is one of my frequent stops. The staff is always super nice and helpful, the food is always great when I decide to grab a bite, and I love that they keep the cute art cards up on the cork boards, with special attention paid to the really good ones. :) one of my favorite places in the Eddy Street Commons!"

"I used to dine at their Grape Road location a lot whenever taking a trip to UP Mall. The Eddy Street Commons location is similar in quality and professionalism. I still prefer the Grape Road location over this one only because there were a few times when their computer system was down. I don’t really fault them for that, though. Five Guys is still my go-to burger no matter the location."
