"Absolutely AMAZING service and customer care! My partner and I drove from Tri-state area to MI last week and stopped at Culver’s for a delicious meal, but we accidentally left our scarf, which was a very nice cashmere piece, at the place. We called the restaurant and the manager was so kindly helping sending the scarf back to our place in home state! Best customer service and amazing experience with Culver’s! "This place was great!!! I went through the drive in and ended up getting the wrong burger. Came back around to get the right one...this one wasn't right either. However my daughter and I came in and they made it right and then some. They were all so nice and caring. You have a fantastic team working here! Thank you!!! I usually don't complain.
