"I got my septum pierced by Heather a week ago. Healing very nicely and I couldn’t be happier. Heather is great. She was quick and gentle. Very easy going and she keeps an assortment of squishies in case you need something to squeeze. Shop was clean and the whole process was super easy. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be heading back in for other work of sorts. 10/10"

She even offered squishys to squeez for anxiety. Heather also explained the aftercare at the appointment as well as giving me written aftercare information incase I forgot. "Came here for a nose piercing and a belly button and was pierced by Stevie I loved it and everyone was so nice and patient. Then came back a year later for a second nostril piercing and was pierced by a different woman, she was rude, impatient, and rushed so much that my piercing is not even symmetrical with the other side. immediately after the piercing all she said all set and left the room while my nose was actively bleeding, I grabbed myself a tissue and walked myself up front to pay. I never came back here again after that because I felt so uncomfortable. I have gotten three piercings since this experience at another shop in Troy where I am treated much better."
