Her vibe is very uplifting and she absolutely has the grit and talent that makes her so successful at what she does. She answers all of your questions and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and aware of every step of the process. I haven’t had a single bad experience healing any of my piercings. Above all, she’s very personable. It had been more than a year since my last new addition and as soon as she saw me, she immediately asked how my previous piercing had healed and how it was treating me now. Not just Kayla, everyone at the shop is extremely friendly. I’ve only gotten one tattoo here from years ago, but all of the artists’ work here is amazing.
