"Had a consultation yesterday, for my daughter. Called in the morning to verify her appointment. Never received a phone call back. Daughter drove up there for her appointment, called, no answer. Sat in the parking lot for 30 mins, and 3 more phone calls. Still no call back. It is now the following day. No professionalism what-so-ever. Spoke to a couple other people who went to her, and they had similar complaints. Not really sure how she has good reviews. Maybe because she’s from the area for so long, and they are her friends. Idk. But, thankful we didn’t waste our money on her overpriced piercings. Bluz Tattooz is the way to go. They were much more friendly, and professional. Not to mention, better pricing."
