"My piercer is also my tat artist. I've had her do three of my piercings, and actually fix one that was done in Galveston on a girls' trip. They all healed beautifully, as I followed her instructions. She's done one tattoo and I've just made an appointment for my next one. She's got a light touch, I got exactly what I wanted, the healing time was ridiculously quick compared to the rest of my tats. As far as the shop, it's very clean, well-taken care of and the staff is super friendly. I love this place!!!"

"The piercer gal in particular is not knowledgeable on aftercare education or complications! Was extremely unhelpful. Edit: Customer service assistant seemed unwilling to help and just referred a website for a contact number, poor knowledge and education is inexcusable when offering an expensive and most likely permanent service. Unless you want an attitude when asking for a recommendation about a piercing that went wrong... Take your money elsewhere!"

"She is the Greatest and professional piercer. I got three piercings ( inner conch , helix, and middle lobe). If you want to get the piercing from professional piercer this place is perfect for you. I will visit here again for changing my piercings and get a new Pierce. Also the places is very clean."
