"Called to ask about ear piercing for myself. Was hoping for a walk-in but you need to make appointments to visit this shop. Not a bad thing, gives the customer time to think about what it is they are wanting done. Did receive a call right back after speaking with someone, but I missed that call, so I'm not sure what the call was about. Ended up getting them done, just at a different place. Great for little ones getting their ears pierced though because the private setting. Had my oldest daughters done here a few years back and the experience was great. No hustle and bustle of people, very private and quiet one on one piercing session."

"Went about 5 years ago for my septum piercing(I was 14, I had a guardian accompanying me). Piercer handled my anxiety well, it was fast and relatively painless. It healed perfectly and I’ve never regretted it. Only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because when I called the other day, whoever picked up seemed a little irritated that I interrupted a tattoo(understandable, but imo not my fault). Just decided not to go this time and to search for a piercer who’s more in tune with my sensitivity lol"
