"Im on my 3rd pair of the same Rayban sunglasses I love, but broke off the temple arm and wanted to buy the replacement temple. I actually bought all of mine from the Michigan city outlet because the manager there is really awesome, however, I figured I’d just go to our mall for part replacement since they have to ship it to the store anyway. I go here and was helped by an older guy. He was nice enough and I show him my glasses and saw that they still sell the same pair as they were on display. The guy tells me that they can buy replacement lenses, but not temples. I made it clear that it seemed funny they wouldn’t sell these. He just goes on to try and sell me a new pair. I don’t trust this and leave, though he was a decent salesman and knowledgeable. I call Michigan city store and young guy that doesn’t sound particularly knowledgeable is able to look up the glasses and gives me a price over the phone. I returned to the mall but went to Macy’s and the woman there ordered them for me no problem. I hope when I go to get my glasses repaired that the guy that flat out lied has to fix them for me. I definitely won’t be buying glasses from that particular employee ever."
