"I made an appointment to pierce my daughters ears there and after she got all excited, we got there and they were closed. They did not message me to let me know or answer when I called. We were all very disappointed."

We arrived excited for our first ear piercing at 700p and behind the locked gate the sign read open til 800p, which I verified online before showing up, The Walmart customer service rep who was bothered to look up from her work had “no idea, they are completely different store from us.” I understand these types of arrangements, but to not have some type of communication system between stores that are intertwined is not helpful. Boo."

"The lady at Claire's today did a great job on my daughter's ears. A twenty month old is a real excited customer to you hold her down for putting the marks in and then "doing the deed". But she did a great job and even got our girl to stop crying afterwords. A+ service."

"The guy that pierced my ear takes pride in his work! Double double made sure my piercings on my ears were even and gave great advice to keep it from getting infected and gave me a warranty almost lol i highly reccomend getting ear piercings here..i wish i would have got my first ear piercings here instead of a tattoo shop.. did that about 7 months ago and right ear got infected but the guy at claires fixed it! Thank you man! I didn't catch your name but you took good care of me tonight.. much appreciated! You deserve a raise lol!"
