"I went to Villa to return a couple of items I purchased online. As I entered I realize the cashier was chatting with and laughing with a couple of men. Not sure if they were customers or nor employees. They looked like friends who stopped by to chat. I go to look at sneakers as I was considering buying a pair to give her time to finish talking. When I approached the front desk the woman was very dry, didn't smile, was not considerate as I was not able to return my purchase due to processing by PayPal. I was not upset by that, instead just to the lack of good customer service and consideration. I decided to no buy shoes and head to Champs instead. This Villa location needs serious management. I will probably not visit again."
