"A girl by the name of Nevaeh was very rude. I asked her about a shoe I was looking for and she responded by saying they didn't have it without even going to the back to look. Got help from another person a guy who was very helpful and he went right to the back and found the shoe I needed. Not sure what the girl problem was but that's not good customer service at all."

"I give three stars because I'm rating both the Ladies Foot Locker and regular Foot Locker since they're attached. The sales associate at Ladies foot locker was nice but I was told they had no shoes in my daughter's size. She wears an 11 in Women's. She was super disappointed because there was a Converse there she really wanted. We had to cross over onto the regular side so she could shop in the men's department. She wears a 9.5 in men's. All the sales associates, again, were very nice. Fortunately my daughter was able to find a shoe she liked over there. While we were waiting to try on her shoes the associate from the Ladies side came over and said she found one pair of shoes in her size. Unfortunately they weren't to my daughter's liking. She went above and beyond to help us. I give a 3 out of 5 because I think it's inconsiderate for a company store to not carry larger sizes. Everyone doesn't have dainty feet!"

"There was a young man working in the store that greeted both my son and I soon as we walked in, interacted with my son to see what kind of style he had to help him pick a pair of shoes that he liked and was very patient and helpful with recommendations…everyone there was nice and helpful but he’s the one we interacted with the most"
