"The staff were so friendly, helpful, and understanding. My son is autistic and non verbal, and when he saw a pair of shoes (in the glass/acrylic display case!) that he liked, he ran over to them and was about to try taking the top off of the display case until I stopped him, but the staff were all sweet as could be. He tried the shoes on there, but they didn't have them in his size, and the young lady helped us by giving us a list of stores that did have them in stock, saving us a whole lot of time!"

"If I could give this location a Foot Locker 0 stars I would. The young lady who answered the phone at 7:43 tonight was very on professional. I asked what time they close She stated that they are close now.. I replied and said. Okay so you guys close a few minutes before 8 o'clock. I went to ask her what time they opened in the morning. "Trying to buy a pair of shoes for my son and the doors were already locked well before closing time. After standing outside, watching customers shop inside for 5 minutes, someone finally came to the door and rudely told me they weren’t letting anyone else in. I’ll never spend my hard earned money in this store. They can respectfully kiss my a$$."
