"I had a tattoo done by Ryan at the Mackinaw City shop on Saturday and I could NOT be happier. Ryan was friendly, chatty, talented and above all clean! Cleanliness and friendliness are SO important when getting ink done! I will absolutely be setting an appointment for a larger piece next season with him. He made me feel immediately comfortable and you can tell that he has a love for what he does. It wasn’t a big piece and was just a quote that I love. His lettering was on point and his line work and accuracy was amazing. Do not sleep on this shop! Reasonably priced, and great talent. I’m sure all the artists are amazing, but Ryan has won my business. Great shop, great guy and I will for sure be back!"

"7/1/2023 I wanted to get my septum pierced, I was told there was one artist who performed those piercings and that I would have to wait for him to finish up the client he was currently working on. We were extremely patient and understanding. FINALLY the artist takes me back to the room, he had me sit straight up in front of him in a chair to do the piercing. No doubt he pierced my nose INSANELY crooked. The needle nearly came completely through the bottom of my nose. He was apologetic and took the jewelry back out. I was not charged for that ‘service’ but I left upset and in shock that I patiently waited almost 4 hours for a botched piercing. The staff were very friendly but regardless of that I will never come here again. DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE. My boyfriend got a small 15 minute tattoo while I was still waiting(outline of the UP and MI). His tattoo turned out wonderful, he is very happy with the results. PS this is my SECOND review. I tried to put pictures with the first one and I guess the company was able to get google to take it down due to a small amount of blood in my nose which tells me they would like to keep this hushed. Response to owner: You and I both know that the claims you made in your response are 100% false. I hope this goes to show how incredibly unprofessional your business is. I’ll leave it at that."
