"Edited to say: My previous review was 7 years ago and nothing has changed: no one greeted me I couldn't get any help and when I did get up to the register the three people working were more interested in talking to each other and texting on their phones than doing their jobs. I was shopping for shoes for my daughter and I couldn't even get anyone to help us find her size! No greeting and no help...I'll go somewhere else next time."
"If you are looking for mediocre shoes to get for your family or kids then this place is for you. I never had any bad experiences here at this location, the staff are nice. Now if you are looking for higher end shoes, custom shoes or fancy footwear this is not the shoe store. You are better off downloading Zappos on your phone and shopping online. Hopefully this review helps someone out."
"Don’t sign up for their perks/loyalty program. If you hand them your driver’s license, that’s all they need to pull your credit. I have phenomenal credit, but don’t appreciate having a check done without my permission. Only give your name and phone number. It they won’t accept that, don’t sign up."
