"Disappointing! I ordered a takeout (Wildfire Chicken Salad) on the website. Bob Evans Wildfire Salad is one of my favorite menu items that I have ordered often. Unfortunately, this one was not good. I realize it's a salad, but both the chicken and the biscuits were cold. There were only 6 or 7 small popcorn sized pieces of cold (not too fresh) pieces of chicken on the salad. Additionally, my order was not ready on time, and I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the staff to make the salad when I arrived. The website boasts that online orders will be ready in ten minutes. A simple salad with 6 pieces of (cold) popcorn chicken from the salad bar took 60 minutes?? I don't think I will order takeout from Bob Evans restaurants again. Takeout food is too expensive to be this disappointing."
