Foot Locker

"Great staff but will no longer use footlocker as they don’t have military discounts anymore I have my veterans status on my State ID and didn’t receive it when I go to the gun store, dennys, or any store that honors military service it’s no problem. Will never do business at footlocker again"

"Terrible. They have a rope up controlling how many people can go in. Funny thing is they are using a staff person to man the gate that now can't help customers. Only place in the whole mall that can't find staff to operate at a normal level."

"Foot Locker is usually good customer service, finding me the best deals and making sure I get discounts. However, at this location the worker that talked to me was extremely rude. My shoes finally arrived for pick up, I approached the store 25 minutes before they closed, because I work until 6 pm, and they had already shut their registers down so I couldn’t pick up my shoes. She told me I had to come back tomorrow morning like I don’t have a job or something. She did not explain very well why I had to return the next day to pick up my shoes and basically was trying to shoo me out of there. I’m not sure why they have hours closing at 7 but shutting their store down at 6:35."

"I went in to buy a pair of work boots on a Thursday night and had them tear on 1st time trying them on at home. I then went back into the store the next afternoon to exchange for another pair even though they didn't have my correct size and was then told that they could only honner the Lowest price in the last 90 days. I don't understand why they can't just give you a receipt and instead claim they can only text/ email you a receipt and then fail to type your # or email address correctly. Customer service here has gone down over the years."
