"I called on Thursday 1•18•24 for a Saturday appt. Aries said he would put me down for 8am. I arrived around 7:50am Saturday went in, said good morning and my name and sat down. He was already working on someone so I’m like that’s cool I’m patient. He then turned around and said he has one more person to do, he’s running behind. Ok now I’m not patient because what was the point of an appointment? I’m a licensed massage therapist and I would never do anything like that. It’s unprofessional. If he would’ve communicated with me before I arrived then I would’ve appreciated that and stayed to get my hair cut but I didn’t I left. I can’t give my money to a business that does this. SMH blkFM Edit: “we were prepared to get to you by 8:15-8:20 however you left at 7:56:37 am not allowing us the grace to honor your appointment.” That’s not how it works tho if I made an appointment then I expect to be seen at that time. Yes I know that sometimes there may be a delay but you literally had one in the chair cutting his hair and had another person you had to do. I would’ve been cool with just the person that was already in the chair but not you having another head to do when that means if I did stay I would’ve been seen approximately 8:30-8:40 not no 8:15-8:20 your times are off, ain’t no hair cut about to be that short unless they just want something simple or something. I left 4 minutes before 8am because I wasn’t about to sit there and watch you finish a head then start another. If I did stay you would’ve been holding me back from what I had to do after my appointment, you wasn’t being considerate of that huh. Overall it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate especially me being a new client, that’s really a bad look. Good day sir!"
