"Amazing museum with lots of wonderful displays and so much knowledge of all wildlife. Both adults and kids will enjoy and it’s free! I would recommend contributing to the donation box. The gift shop has lots of big and small items (kids loved the arrowheads) so we all got souvenirs. The owner’s were friendly and told us some great stories."
"This museum is definitely worth stopping for. The owners are very passionate about this place. It’s amazing all the wildlife & Indian artifacts on display. Take time to talk with owners- they can tell you the history of everything in the museum from where artifacts were found to the building of the very informative dioramas. No admission charge- you can make a donation. One of a kind of place and so very educational."
"There is a museum and all kinds of head mounts here. There is beautiful stones, stone settings, jewelry and comfy shoes. I like all the knick knacks. I found too many things I wanted to buy."
"Great little shop and the museum was cool. The kids loved the taxidermy! The woman running the shop was really nice, even to my crazy 4 year old who had been in the car too long and wanted to touch everything!"
"This is honestly one of my favorite places I have ever travelled to. The museum is a labor of love, and it shows. Some amazing Michigan and outdoor history there. It is a must see for anyone who loves the outdoors and would be great for kids as well. Entry is free (donation based) but the experience is worth so much! The owners were very friendly and spoke with us for a long time. This place is somewhere we will come back to again and again. The gift shop is very nice as well."
