"I won't be going back to this location, in my opinion new management is needed at least on the shift that I was there on 2/20/24 @ 3:00 pm. The young man waiting tables, making drinks, and dealing with take out orders was awesome but the so called manager was a statue at the bar, in my opinion he could've offered to assist the young waiter. What did it for me was the fish I order was overcooked and burnt, I informed the waiter who informed the so called manager who couldn't even come over to address the issue and had the waiter relay a message for me to order something else which I didn't. I waited on the wife to finish her sandwich paid the bill and ordered a take out order from the restaurant next door. 1st and last time going to this location. In my opinion the young waiter gets a 10, food a 5, and the manager -0!!!! Charles"

"Came here on the Super Bowl, had a nice, beautiful waitress I don’t know how to spell her name light skin lady with dreads or maybe butterfly locks. Either way I had a great time hear the customer service and the crowd of people who come here great time, great food, and great drinks. Reasonable prices. Definitely coming to this location again.!!!!"

"I love coming here, the drinks and food are good and the happy hour is the best! customer service just isn’t, the waitresses aren’t unfriendly they just suck at their job as servers .I honestly think the automatic gratuity affects the level of customer service and makes them beyond lazy. They have no desire to check on their table because they know regardless they’ll be tipped the 20% gratuity. Which tipping isn’t the issue, but I’d rather order carry out and get all of my requests handled in one go rather than ordering food and having to wait in 20 min intervals before I see my waitress. Prolly won’t dine in very frequently, bc again the times I’ve come the waitresses weren’t attentive I’ve had to walk and get my own things or ask a bartender or another waitress to get decent service. I’ve visited on multiple times but the same thing goes after my order is taken the waitresses are non existent until it’s time for the bill and no these arent during times when it’s busy ( see below for proof barely any customers and the waitress is busy texting rather than checking the sparse tables she does have ) they just suck at waitressing and this is coming from a person who have waitressed and bartended for over 8 yrs"

"We visited this place in happy hours and it was fun. Loved their happy hour menu , their happy hour menu has everything starting from bar bites to wines, beer and cocktails. Quite amazed by the fast service and friendly gesture during the happy hour evening. Tried their food menu from the bar bites and I would definitely recommend their flat breads and loaded tots. Their cocktails are really refreshing and they huge menu if you are planning on dining in the regular hours."
