"Only book an executive package here if you want to leave feeling robbed. You guys need a piece of paper or something the customer can state what they want done for service. I came in wanting a haircut, straight razor shave and facial. Never had a straight razor shave in my life and 150 dollars later, I still haven’t had one. Barber was nice but was asking me what I wanted as if he was unsure of the services paid for. Im from out of town for a wedding, wife booked the appointment and I wasn’t familiar myself with what was all included. When we got to the beard trim, I told him I wanted everything off. So he used an electric trimmer and then before I knew it the facial started. No ear or eyebrow trimming took place to my knowledge. Haircut was nice and the facial was relaxing."
