I said this is what I want, just a bit shorter on the top, and for beard, only trim the edges. Take a look at my expectation (left) vs her work (right). She trimmed all of my beard which I didn't want her to touch at all! And made the fade span from my chin to above my temple... she didn't listen at all, and just did her own thing. I wanted the fade to be 1-2 inches not span my entire face. And she nicked my throat with the razor. I told her after it was too short. But it's too late now!"

"Wow! Just wow!!! I came in here nervous, because I've been burned every time I went into a new barber shop desperate for a haircut when I can't get out to my usual guy at the last minute. I was greeted by a lady name Julie who was very friendly and offered me something to drink. The water that came out was in a frozen mug! Okay, that's cool, but I really hoped they wouldn't screw up my hair. I'd gone online and scheduled the last minute appointment with someone named Sarah A, and I was impressed with the efficiency. However, I was still nervous about the actual quality of the cut. Sarah came out and got me set set up in the chair and asked what I wanted. After I explained, she began her work or dare I say her art? It really was an amazing experience! I'm very detail oriented, and I haven't met many in this industry who took the time care and attention that she did. The way she faded my hair was perfectly balanced. She worked meticulously and steadily without rushing or going too slow. When it came to my beard, I did not have to stop her for corrections as I typically do with many other barbers. She knew exactly what she was doing! The neck shave was my favorite part. She really took her time, got all the Stray hairs are on my head and over my ears, and was very gentle with the razor afterwards. I let her know that I had to be somewhere afterwards and didn't have time to change and that I was worried about stray hairs, so she made extra sure that I had none on my shirt after the haircut. As I'm dictating this review right now, I don't feel one itch! I'm really impressed!"
