"I’ve been a patron of Authentic Barbershop for more than 15 years. I personally believe the customer service and dedication to detail are unmatched. Every time I schedule an haircut the barbers are prompt and they also listen to your requests to them on your desired style - I really hate when a you tell a barber you want one thing and they do the complete opposite. The vending machines are always stocked, bathrooms are always clean and they also take special precautions to ensure that all customers are safe and protected - not only from viral/bacterial threats but also with their secured buzz-in protocol. Overall, Ive been pleased over the years with their treatment of me. So much so that I’ve trusted them to take on the responsibility of cutting my young children's hair for the next 15years or more."

Sometimes it may be a short wait, but never more than 15-20min opposed to hours. But I would tend to blame previous clients for being late or just simply adding additional services.
