"First time here. We walk in and no one shoveled the side walks. Nice cute place. Menu is way too big. Got an appetizer chips were uncooked and chewy. Couldn’t get them remade that was disappointing. So owner took it off the bill. Got a burger that was excellent, chips were burnt and gross. My mom got fish had way too much batter on it. Kids running around whole time it was kind of annoying. Lov kids but if I wanted to deal with that for over a hour I could have stayed home. Just didn’t expect to deal with that at a pub. Server was great."

"They have a small patio area in the back that has been covered for the winter. Someone opened the glass garage door and our legs got super cold I asked the server if they could close it as it was becoming very uncomfortable, He did. The food was a little slow and was not very impressive. I kept eating thinking i could have made this they had a good selection of beer the one I wanted on draft was not available but they had it in a can. The guy we had seemed new definitely not holding that against him everyone has to start somewhere he was kind and provided good beer suggestions he was inventive and did well. It had good music and the atmosphere was nice. The sudden coldness was upsetting but might try it again in the summer"

"My husband and our 4 kids have been coming here since before this place was even 411 Pub. We’ve seen the cycles in the last 6 years of the same place being different restaurants and the more we come to 411, not even lying, it gets worse. The food has become awful and so unappealing it’s just wild to me. When you make food one way, like the chips for example, I ordered them fully expecting those chips to be seasoned. She brings them out and they had NO SEASONINGS whatsoever on them. I was very disappointed. When I asked her why they had no seasonings she openly told me that someone was new and had no idea how to prepare the chips. Why would you bring out UNFINISHED product and basically tell me oh well? That same night my sandwich was crispy burnt, my daughter was missing half her order and they still never brought it to us even after asking. This place use to be one of the best around but the food is failing, bad. The waitresses look they just get thrown on the floor to help guests and don’t know what they are doing 90% of the time. They are super nice about everything which is your only good thing about this place. The waitresses. Please get these people trained properly so we as locals can have the great food and potential that this place has!"

"This is a nice bar/restaurant in downtown Goodrich, MI. Over all was a decent meal reasonably priced. They did have a help wanted sign out and they could use it. There looked to only be one to two waitresses for the entire place on a Saturday. The wait was long for the food but saying that the waitress we had was wonderful. She keep up with refills and any needs we had. The food was good we shared a sampler platter of the smoked meats they have. And the mac-n-cheese. The presentation of the meat was not the greatest but I'm guessing some of that is due to the portion amount and smaller plates. The BBQ sauce they use appears to be homemade and it was very tasty. Don't know if they offer it in a bottle to sell but if not they should. The mac-n-cheese was good but needs something to make it really stand out. The decor was nice and they also have large glass garage doors that I'm guessing are open to the patio areas they have in the warmer months. We will be going back in the summer to experience that and some drinks."
