"I had a pickup order on a semi-dead night. When I got back home and opened up the food, I was disappointed. The breading was separating from the chicken, and the chicken itself tasted kind of old. I definitely wouldn't stop back in the next time I'm in the area."
"It was awful. We waited for an hour just to get some boneless wings and fries, and the place wasn't even packed, only a few tables were occupied. We didn't get silverware, napkins, nor plates until after we were done eating. Had to asked 3 times for a box. Mind you, just a couple weeks ago we went to another Buffalo Wild Wings, and the service there was excellent, and even the boneless were bigger than in this one."
"We spent 10 minutes in the lobby waiting to be seated in a restaurant at less than 50% capacity. Once seated, we sat for 10 more minutes without waitstaff approaching our table. One waitress spent 8 minutes in casual conversation with a nearby table. We were trying to celebrate our son's birthday and received nothing but disappointment. Won't be back to this location."
