We have some great talks; he remembers me and asks about my life, but doesn't dilly dally around while doing so. It's quick, but not too quick. He's friendly, but won't try to schmooze you for a tip. He's a great barber and even better friend. I've never had an issue with Tom and his haircuts; he really deserves a 5-star rating.
