"This place is gross. I was planning on going in to dine, even though I really dislike their dry and flavorless wings. Unfortunately, the punk boyfriend of my ex's niece was sitting out front waiting for his ride because he had just got off of work. He came up to my vehicle and spit on my windshield. I immediately got out and he took off running. I yelled at him to get back here and he yelled babbling that he had to get back to work. I followed him into wings and he had just come back after retrieving a fellow employee to deal with me. I refused to talk to her and went towards the kitchen, asking for the manager. Someone came out to talk to me. I explained the situation. He seemed to be considerate of the issue and proclaimed that is not the kind of people that wings wanted for employees. He said the young man would be fired but refused to have my car cleaned in any way. I asked him to get the young man to clean it. He declined. I left. 2 months later, I was telling someone about this event and he said the immature punk was still working there. If he will spit on somebody's car while working, what else will he spit on?"

"I order wings from here after work almost every Sunday. The wings were always undercooked and the celery were like 3 small pieces of the end. Dude, you don’t serve those part to customers. Those are the parts you cut out and throw away. Also, the celery sticks were old that everytime I bite it, it stuck like a hard stick. I don’t know why. I never in my American life eaten or cook a celery that when you cut it or bite it, it wouldn’t break apart. And I’m serious, it happened everytime I order food especially when I have it to go. So tonight, I decided to order from BWW cos Wings Etc’s phone was busy. It was a best decision I made. Do better Wings Etc. The chicken wings needs to be med or dark brown not tan. I hath to microwave them or air fry them wings. I went again eventho they keep giving me bloody wings. Same thing man. So I took pictures so I can prove my point. I was so mad I thought this was resolved after I wrote the review. One thing I hate to do is post bad reviews for businesses cos we all trying to make money. But dang they can’t cook? Why hire people that do not know the differences between cooked food and uncooked food? If they’re lazy send them home or stay home. We don’t eat for free ya, we pay."

"The staff here are amazing. I've been going to Wings my entire life and I just celebrated their 30th birthday on Wednesday. The restaurant was PACKED and the wait was long but the staff handled it wonderfully. By the end of the night, we still had the same fantastic Wings experience. Wall sauce is my favorite. The wings are always large, sauced well and fried to perfection."

"I had never been to a Wings Ect. restaurant before and thought I’d give it a try. Overall, I thought the food was decent. The 99 cent traditional wings were a good value. I thought the burger was a little over cooked for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. My main critique was that the service was a bit slow, especially considering the restaurant was not at all busy at 9 at night. Overall, I would return, especially during the Monday wing special."
