"I’m usually very very picky on what barber I go to, and I’ve gotten accustomed to the classic “artisan style” barbershops that are getting super popular… but I came into Lady Janes today on a whim because it was close by Whole Foods — I got a haircut while my wife grocery shopped. I didn’t have an appointment but I was seen right away. All the staff was super friendly… and this was honestly the BEST hair cut I’ve got in a really long time. She took her time and made sure my fade was even. She wasn’t upset to make my hair cut a little shorter a second time because I was indecisive… She was very attentive and actually listened to exactly what I wanted (which is rare to find nowadays for some reason). "Had an apt for 11:30 didn’t get to me till 12:00. Lady rushed the whole time botched the top of my head it’s completely uneven and even shaved into the top back portion of my head. One side looks great as seen below the other side is completely botched. The back of my neck is also fried from her rushing with a handheld electric razor. She was super unprofessional swearing all the time and stopping the haircut to show the other stylists something on her phone. By far the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Was antisocial and even talked about living in a shelter at one point for sympathy."
