"Made an appointment for a recall on a '23 Bronco for a seatbelt. I also ordered up a light bar and lower side mirror lights for the Bronco through Ford Performance and a performance enhancement chip through Ford which I had to have installed by Ford in order to not void my warranty. I already downloaded all of the software for this so they simply had to plug it in and mark it down as installed by Ford rep.... I had a scheduled drop-off for 8:30 am. They checked me in and stated they would have it most of the day. I was planning on that and seems how I lived an hour away, I would just stick around while they were working on it. Around 12:30 the gentleman who checked me in came to me and stated he would "check on the status of my vehicle". He never came back until 2:30 then stated that they just started looking at it and they need it for the rest of the day.... 6 hours before they even looked at it!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. He stated "they were overbooked" so they gave me a loaner. 2 days later I still do not have my vehicle. This is simple work And if anyone knows the Bronco has Aux switches on the roof for easily wiring up lighting and accessories to it. I could have completed this work well within 2 days. I will never go here again. So if Ford Performance refers you to Barber Ford (which they did for me) for installation of OEM aftermarket parts, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"Barber Ford has the worst service department I've ever dealt with when it comes to communication. It takes them 8 hrs to do an oil change if you're lucky enough to get in at your scheduled time. They had our car all day and never got to it. We had to bring it back the next day. They also never call with updates about your vehicle. They will wait until 30 months before they close and tell you it's ready. I'm giving 2 stars because dealing their sales department was a good experience. If you do but a car there, take it somewhere else for service."

"I brought my 2021 Ford F-150 Pickup Truck to Barber Ford for a routine oil change. Oil was spilled all over the top of the engine, and engine compartment. There were puddles of oil on parts on top of the engine. This left a very strong odor of burnt oil inside the cab of the truck. They took it back in to wash out the top of the engine. However, there was still spilled oil all over the frame and bottom sides of the engine compartment after they washed it. This all took 3 hours and 10 minutes while waiting for the service completion. There is still the very strong odor of burnt oil in the cab that my wife and I have to breathe in. Their final answer to this completely in unacceptable service was, "Sorry". They did nothing further to rectify the odor and fumes inside or truck."
