"My recent experience at Dapper Gents Barber was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that professionalism and customer service were sorely lacking. The store manager, in particular, was shockingly rude and unaccommodating. When I attempted to discuss a scheduling conflict, she displayed a complete unwillingness to compromise and even threatened to charge my card if I didn't adhere to her demands. This level of hostility and coercion is entirely unacceptable in any service-oriented industry. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the barbershop was far from inviting. The lack of courtesy and respect demonstrated by the staff, particularly the manager, left a sour taste in my mouth and ensured that I will never set foot in Dapper Gents Barber again. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. The disrespectful treatment and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the manager are not worth any potential haircut or service they may offer. Save yourself the headache and seek out a barber shop that values its customers and operates with integrity."

"Great place for a haircut or shave. One of the few that offers straight razor shaves. The stylists are great. They are also diligent about sanitizing. Barber chairs and waiting area chairs are often cleaned. 12/22/2023: Many thanks to my stylist. She always does an amazing job on my hair. They’re super accommodating when you keep them updated on ETA - was a few minutes late and they still were able to fit me in. I wouldn’t look further in finding a place to get your hair cut!!
