"My daughter visited this salon yesterday for a cut prior to her senior photos. Her hair was heavily damaged so she did allow for a fair amount to be taken off the ends. She then requested some layers - this is not layers! It is not blended it looks like two distinct rows on her head. Additionally the face framing that was done is horribly choppy. We now have to pay for another cut to try and see if we can blend this awful cut without losing any additional length."
