"Poor communication. I've sent countless emails, texts, and phone calls in attempt to communicate about my wedding day coming up in June after I submitted a signed contract and $200 deposit for a trial. I'm not sure if it's just that this company is truly overwhelmed with the amount of services they are providing with wedding season coming up, but it took weeks to even get confirmation that my contract/deposit had been received and that my date was reserved. I still haven't gotten a confirmation reply to the email I sent rescinding my desire to use this company for my wedding day (to ensure I do not get charged for all my original reserved services within 90 days of wedding date per the contract). I've decided to go with a much more responsive company that has the bandwidth to communicate with me regarding my big day! ** I did not receive any services from this company, so I cannot speak on the work of any of the artists**"
