"Disappointing terrible haircut experience. Ive never had such a terrible haircut experience. The "barber" had my haircut buzzed in 15 min for $40 they said at least 30min. Never spoke with me during the visit, just asking me at he beginning. I was pretty clear. He turned the chair and told him turn it back to see myself. At end I couldn't believe how he was "cutting" my top of the hair flat with scissors. It was clear this guy isn't a professional barber. Even the other barber turned to look and saw his eyes on me surprised, this guy was falling asleep and told him no to do so, "specially when there's someone in the chair". This is my first time cutting my hair in USA and was very disappointed. And even so I know the words for special haircuts this guy is kind of an Apprentice or just do plain buzz cuts. Stay away!"

"I hadn't been to Union Barber I along while because I didn't have the best experience but I was there yesterday and I have to say redemption is a beautiful thing. My barber Amanda was awesome and it was a great overall experience. I will refer in the future."

"I have sent my husband to this shop 3 times with a picture of the desired haircut. The picture was of my husband himself - with the correct haircut! All 3 times he walked out looking nothing like the photo and his hair and beard were botched, with one of these times being right before our wedding. 1 star because I guess they technically cut his hair?"
