"Ugh so disappointed, everything was so wonderful to start and the staff was so nice, they add a extra special touch with the scalp massage, but then I got my hair cut…I showed her a picture of a short layered bob with wispy side bangs, I got everything but. She kept looking at her watch so I assume she was just running out of time. Even the blow out did make up for the poor cut, I walked out looking like I didn’t just pay 100$ for a haircut. That was including tip and a hair treatment that’s just spritzed on your hair real quick. These pictures were all taken the same day, needless to say I have had to wear my hair up since I got it done. I’m assuming she was new? Maybe? Either way So upsetting"

I can't say enough good things about the location, but especially my stylist, Jozy. She always understands exactly what I want and executes it to absolute perfection. She is phenomenal, and blends my balayage seamlessly so I don't need to touch it up as often as I otherwise would, except I do get it touched up often because Jozy just makes me feel like my best self when she works her magic on my hair. Aside from being the best hair stylist I have ever seen, she is a wonderful person and is always so fun to see and chat with. If you are debating seeing anyone else for your hair needs, don't. Jozy is your girl."
