"Came in to return an item I purchased from the Redford/Detroit location. I was not greeted when I came into the store. The associate China Boyd was extremely Unprofessional and rude unnecessarily. I asked her if there was an issue with returning at this location and she said no. However, she continued to talk underneath her breath saying something in regards to it will have to go under their numbers and they didn’t have that much cash. I am currently waiting for the corporate office to contact me in regards to this transaction. Please hire more friendly associates with customer service experience. Customers shouldn’t feel like a problem when coming to spend money or return items."
