"I hate when you get new stylist, my little girl has been getting haircuts here about every few months. The new stylist today, on a bang trim cut them once, super short and angled. She only charged us a dollar for the mishap, but I’m heartbroken that my little girl is going to look like this for a few months. ****for the response, She didn’t move, I was holding her head for the stylist…please ensure new staff is properly trained, this was my daughters 6th haircut and I could have cut this myself at home being untrained"

"I wish I could give them zero stars. I am beyond disappointed and heart broken over my daughters hair cut!!! We had some lady, Zahraa and let me tell you this woman has no idea how to cut hair!!! My daughter had a few mats in her hair (very curly). I came in so sad and was devasted about my daughter's hair. I said I wanted it about shoulder length. This lady didn't start at the mats and working those. She just chopped my daughters hair!!!! Didn't ask if this is where I want it cut or measure it with a comb just cut it!! Then she continued to keep cutting it. I asked her to stop cutting it (it was close to her neck) I sat there with tears steaming down my face about how much I hated it and she looked like a boy. Her RESPONSE: Boys have shaved hair. I told her my sons have longer hair then her!! So now my beautiful daughter has a bowl cut and can't even wear it down. We have to clip it up. I will never be going back again!!! I cry every time I look at her awful hair cut!!"
